Zim’s veteran musician

Jackson Phiri, originally from Ncheu in Malawi is a veteran musician of the 70s and 80s, still musically relevant this day. He resides in the small town of Norton near Zimbabwe’s capital city. He is affectionately known as Abale. A year ago he featured in NAMA Winner, prolific Author,Afrique Beat Editor and former University of Zimbabwe lecturer David Mungoshi’s mp4, What Simon Did And I Didn’t Do as a father having a chat with his son.
