Simply because you share a past with someone doesn’t mean you will share a future together. If they’re not willing to grow with you, perhaps they should not be in your future. People come into our lives for a purpose and a season. Know when a person’s season in your life is over…. Know when to reconnect, restore and walk away…. I’m not saying make enemies, but, don’t hold on to people who no longer want to be with you. Love is a two-way street… The preacher says, ‘To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.’ (Ecclesiastes 3: 1-10) Know your time, understand your season and know who you should hold on to and who you should let go.
