My name is Denise Forsyth, I am a 46 year old white South African- born and bred, female. I have lived in South Africa my whole life and I love my country. I am dyslexic and struggled my whole way through school. I eventually left in my matric year. I then decided to work and jumped from job to job (Bar lady, waitressing, sales, receptionist etc.) Trying to find my feet. After many years of not knowing what I wanted to do I decided to get my matric, this I did in 2008 and passed.
I worked for a company doing admin work and really enjoyed doing this. In 2015 I then furthered my studies and became a Junior bookkeeper. I finally found my feet and the perfect job for myself and I now work from home as an administrator and bookkeeper for 2 companies.
My reason for sharing this story is that I am hoping this will encourage others to strive to be the best ‘YOU” that you can be. It was not always easy and I have had a lot of struggles in my life but I believe that you can do anything you put your mind to. I love my job as this is not only my job but my hobby and sport too. I work for Enduro World and we organize off road\ Enduro motorbike events.

I started riding an off road bike about 6 years ago and love doing so. It is a fantastic sport, when you are out riding in the bush there is nothing else on your mind but to concentrate on your riding and this is such a good “Escape”. My job and sport has taken me to many places and I have met so many fantastic people along the way.
I have recently created my own website for an online store, which is my own business and am trying to get this off the ground. The sky is the limit and don’t settle for anything less. I am a Christian and thank God for all the people he has placed In my life.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say, ‘thank you to Constance Van Niekerk for this opportunity to tell you a bit about myself’. Constance and I met about 10 years ago and we became friends, although we don’t see each other much, as our paths have led us apart, I still consider her a good friend. ‘Thank you Constance. Stay as strong as you are’.
I’ve done a couple of WCW features on this blog, but this is by far the most inspirational story ever. You have truly inspired me Denise. Thank you so much, I thank God for giving me a friend like you –
